Modern dental and implant solutions

We offer modern and comprehensive dental services in Budapest so that every patient feels safe and in expert hands, whether it's prevention, aesthetic treatment or complex rehabilitation.

Condition assessment

The condition assessment is the first step in a dental examination, during which the condition of the teeth, gums and oral cavity is mapped in detail. The examination includes a review of previous treatments, the detection of possible changes, inflammation or caries, and, if necessary, the preparation of a panoramic X-ray. Based on the results, an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan are prepared, thus making the necessary steps to preserve or restore the health of the teeth transparent.

Panoramic X-ray

A panoramic X-ray is a two-dimensional imaging procedure that shows the entire dentition, jaw and surrounding tissues in a single image. It gives the dentist a comprehensive picture of the condition of the oral cavity, allowing them to detect hidden problems such as tooth decay, inflammation or the position of wisdom teeth. This procedure is important for making an accurate diagnosis and planning treatments, while also involving low radiation exposure. It is often used as part of a health assessment, before oral surgery and implantation.

Dental hygiene

Dental hygiene is the professional cleaning and care of teeth, gums and oral cavity, with the aim of preventing periodontal diseases and tooth decay. A dental hygienist is a qualified professional who uses special tools to remove tartar and plaque, polishes the tooth surface and provides personalized advice on daily oral care. Treatment may also include teeth whitening and gum treatment. All of this contributes to oral hygiene and maintaining the health of teeth in the long term.

Oral surgery

Oral surgery is a specialty that includes surgical procedures in the oral cavity. These include, for example, wisdom tooth removal, bone grafting, sinus lift, and implantation. Oral surgical procedures are performed with modern equipment and experienced professionals, contributing to the effective treatment of problems and the preservation of long-term oral and facial functions.

Aesthetic dentistry

The goal of cosmetic dentistry is to improve the appearance of teeth and create an aesthetically pleasing, harmonious smile. This includes teeth whitening, replacing aesthetic fillings, and making dental veneers and crowns. These procedures not only improve the color and shape of teeth, but also restore damaged or discolored teeth and reduce or eliminate gaps in the teeth.

Tooth decay

The aim of modern dentures is to restore the function and aesthetics of missing parts of the denture. This includes both removable and fixed dentures, which serve to restore chewing ability and self-confidence. Fixed dentures are a stable solution, as they are connected to adjacent teeth or implants to provide a natural-looking, aesthetic appearance of the denture.

Implantology

From consultation to final restoration, including digital 3D planning, different procedure types (bone grafting, All-on-4®) and PRF membrane technology. We explain warranty conditions, ISQ stability measurement, and premium systems (Nobel Biocare, MegaGen AnyRidge, Alpha Bio), which come with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

Periodontology

We present in detail the diagnostics and treatment options of periodontal diseases, from conservative curettage to regenerative surgeries. We describe the bone and soft tissue treatment procedures around implants, the different types of dentures (FP1, FP2, FP3), and the role of gingival zenith formation in achieving aesthetic results.

Conservative dentistry and endodontics

The goal of conservative dentistry is to preserve, restore and ensure the long-term life of natural teeth. For our modern root canal treatments, we use TF adaptive reciprocal machines, which work with a back-and-forth motion instead of the traditional rotary motion, so the instrument does not break into the root canal. This is a particularly safe and effective solution for narrow or curved canals.

During root canal treatment, the canals are widened with titanium-nickel instruments and then cleaned of bacteria using a multi-stage irrigation protocol. For root canal filling, the ANTEROGRAD technique is used, where the canal is filled through the coronal part of the tooth. The gutta-percha, which is measured to the root apex, is condensed using a bioceramic sealer and then compacted using a heated technique. This ensures that it gets a three-dimensional closure that fits perfectly to the wall of the root canal.

For root canal filling, we use Bio-C Sealer bioceramic material, which has outstanding biocompatibility, antibacterial properties and provides an extremely precise seal – thus preventing re-infection in the long term. Combined with modern isolation techniques and precision work with magnification, this method ensures that the treated tooth remains healthy and functional in the long term.

Our goal is to save and restore inflamed or damaged teeth, preventing tooth extraction and subsequent more complicated replacement procedures.

Ideal conditions for root canal treatment

Accurate diagnosis

The basis for successful root canal treatment is an X-ray or CBCT scan, which maps the course and length of the canals.

Sterile environment

Treatments are performed in complete isolation and under sterile conditions to reduce the risk of infection.

Precision technique with magnification

We use a LUPE magnifier and reciprocal machining, which preserves the anatomy of the canals. The root apex is filled with a bioceramic-based With Bio-C Sealer seal, which provides excellent sealing and antibacterial effect.

Professional surgical / retrograde closure with modern tools

If the normal anterograde root canal filling technique is not possible to seal the apical third of the root due to curvature or apical branching (delta apicale), then with the MAP System fine applicator we can place the filling material extremely precisely during the surgical truncation of the root canal, from the apical part of the root, in the upper third of the tooth root. This is done with an innovative, professional material specifically developed for this purpose, MTA (mineral trioxy aggregate), which, due to its water-attracting properties, makes it suitable for intraoperative application.
